Temperature Bearing"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The bearings that work at temperature above 150\u2103 are called high temperature bearings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When the bearing contained Cr is used at the temperature above 150\u2103\uff0cits hardness will be decreased sharply and its dimensions will be unstable,which will result in the the fail of bearing.Therefore,for bearings used at the temperature of 150\u2103~250\u2103\uff0cIf their rings and rolling elements are still made of usual high carbon chromium bearing steel\uff0cspecial heattreatment must be carried out to the components of bearings\uff0csuch as the tempering under the temperature of 50 \u2103 below work temperature.The bearing steel treated by the above tempering will be worked normally.But the hardness of bearing may be reduced because of tempering ,so is the life of bearing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When the working temperature of bearing is above 250\u2103\uff0cit is suggested that high temperature bearing steel is chosed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The main types of bearing<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deep groove bearing ,self-aligning bearing and angular contact ball bearing <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The material of temperature\u2264260\u2103\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pressed steel plate or solid metal cage\uff1aApplication where engineering  plastic is not suitable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Lubricant\uff1a<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lubricant with PTFE and taking fluorinated polyether oil as base is suitable for applications below 300\u2103<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lubricantcontaining PEG and graphite is suitable for Applications below 500\u2103.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Seal material\uff1a<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>FKM\uff1aSuitable for -20\u2103~200\u2103\uff0cIf it is added with special additive,it is suitable for  -40\u2103~250\u2103\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>VMQ\uff1aSuitable for -50\u2103~220\u2103\uff0cIf added with special additive,it is suitable for-100\u2103~250\u2103\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Seal made of FKM an Silicone rubber\uff1aSuitable for -50\u2103~175\u2103\uff0cSuitable for -60\u2103~200\u2103 if added with special additive<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\"
