The material of rings is 9Cr18Mo stainless steel which can have long life because of  special processing,while it may use exported Cronidur30(X30 CrMoN15-2) with rich Nitrogen,but its price is very expensive. The rolling elements of bearing mostly are ceramic ball which is made of Si<sub>3<\/sub>N<sub>4<\/sub>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>.The cage is made of self-lubricated,anti-wear and low-temperature resistance material.The base material of it is PTFE with enhanced glass fiber and MoS2(self-lucubration material).When bearing rotates,during fabrication, the trip of PTFE is constantly adhered and rolled and then gradually formed transfer film on the raceway. With the thickness of 100\u03bcm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>High quality material and special processing makes bearing with excellent anti-corrosive,anti-wear and anti-fatigue characteristics,so bearing will have higher reliability and longer life,and customer maintaining time will be reduced and production efficiency will be improved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-ast-global-color-0-color\">The features of bearing:<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1.Work in ultra-low temperature from -120\u2103 to -196\u2103\u3002During operation\uff0cthere is no lubricant but lubricated by medium inpump.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.Lubrication environment is very harsh and it is required that bearing has long life.
