Full ceramic bearings are comprised of ceramic elements and ceramic rings . Ceramic hybrid ball bearings are composed of ceramic rolling elements (balls) enclosed in a ferrous (typically steel) inner and outer race. Since these bearings are constructed from many materials, they often operate in hybrid capacities. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We construct the rolling elements in ceramic bearings using several ceramic materials, including<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Silicon nitride (Si3N4)<br>\u2022 Aluminum oxide (Al2O3)<br>\u2022 Zirconium oxide (ZrO2)<br>\u2022 Silicon carbide (SiC)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1.Full ceramic bearing of ZrO<sub>2<\/sub><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Full ceramic bearings feature characteristics such as being anti-magnetic, electrically insulating, wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, self-lubricating without oil, and capable of withstanding extreme high and low temperatures. They are suitable for extremely harsh environments and special working conditions. The rings and rolling elements are made of zirconia (ZrO<sub>2<\/sub>) ceramic while polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) is used as the standard material for the cage. Ceramic hybrid ball bearing<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ceramic hybrid ball bearings have ceramic balls and metal rings.
