Process and Quality
1.Adopt high quality bearing steel and grinding with high precision to have good contour tolerance and runout accuracy.
2.Based on the features of thin-section bearing,using unique cold and hot machining procedures to get the stable structure of bearing without deformation.
3.Because of samll width and small rolling elements,it is difficult to mount the CRBT bearing,but depending on mature workers,we can finish it excellently.
