Large precision bearing-YRT bearing

YRT high precision bearings are divided into YRT standard series and YRTs high speed series.

YRT standard series can bear double-direction axial load,radial load and tilting moment because of combined axiallradial structure.There are mounting holes in the bearing,so it can be fixed directly using bolts.The bearings have been preloaded before leaving factory,therefore there is no need to adjust the clearance when mounting them.This series is suitable for applications where low speed,short cycle and high rigidity and rotary accuracy is required.

YRTS series have the same structure as that of YRT series,but their internal structures are different.The limit speed of YRTS is relatively higher than YRT,and the frication is lower and uniform.So for applications requiring high speed and low friction,this kind of bearing is a good choice.

Structure and Applications

YRT and YRTS series bearings have high rotating accuracy and hold radial load,bidirectional axial load and tilting moment,therefore,they are suitable for applications where high accuracy and combined load are needed such as rotary table,disk,cutter head and reversible clamp.

It is very convient to mount them because there are mounting holes in the rings of bearings.

Axial and radial preload ensure the high precision and rigidity of bearings.

The suitable temperature of bearing is in the rang of -30℃ to +120℃.

The Feature of YRT Series

YRT series turntable bearings is a set of composed of radial full complement roller ,two sets of thrust roller and cage assembly, a outer ring and a L-shape inner ring,as well as the second inner ring.With mounting holes in the outer and inner rings and preload,thee internal structure is simplified,time and requirements for mounting skill is decreased.

This kind of bearing is suitable for applications where high accuracy and rigidity ,as well as holding combined load is required,such as indexing table,milling head,etc..

The features of YRTS series

With the same components as YRT,YRTS have two axial thrust roller and cage assemblies,one outer ring and two inner rings(L-shape inner ring and the second inner ring).Preload is applied after the bearing is mounted.

YRTS has the special internal structure which makes it with high speed.YRTS series bearings are suitable for areas where high speed and low friction is needed.
