Cryogenic bearing( is one of the important components of cryogenic liquid pump.The bearing is mainly classified into two categories:deep groove ball bearing and angular contact ball bearing. The material of rings is 9Cr18Mo stainless steel which can have long life by special processing,while it may use exported Cronidur30(X30 CrMoN15-2) with rich Nitrogen,but its price is very expensive. The rolling elements of bearing mostly are ceramic ball which is made of Si3N4.
The cage is made of self-lubricated,anti-wear and low-temperature resistance material.The base material of it is PTFE with enhanced glass fiber and MoS2(self-lucubration material).When bearing rotates,during fabrication, the trip of PTFE is constantly adhered and rolled and then gradually formed transfer film on the raceway. With the thickness of 100μm.
Высококачественный материал и специальная обработка делают подшипник с отличными антикоррозийными, противоизносными и противоусталостными характеристиками, поэтому подшипник будет иметь более высокую надежность и долгий срок службы, а время обслуживания клиентов будет сокращено, и эффективность производства будет повышена.
The features of bearing
Work in ultra-low temperature from -120℃ to -196℃.
During operation，there is no lubricant but lubricated by medium in pump.
Lubrication environment is very harsh and it is required that bearing has long life. Special material and structure design reduce the friction coefficient so that the heat caused by friction is reduced,therefore the bearing work long and reliably.
The precision of low temperature bearing is P5 and P4,but all of our products is up to grade P4 at present.
The clearance of C3 group is chosen.
Vacuum package is adopted.
