It can bear medium static and alternating loads, ideal for stressed structural parts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Machinability<br>Excellent cutting performance in normalized or annealed condition. It allows smooth turning, milling, drilling and tapping, achieving high dimensional precision and fine surface finish, greatly lowering processing costs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Heat treatment adaptability<br>Suitable for quenching, tempering, normalizing and surface hardening. Hardness and strength can be adjusted flexibly to meet diverse component requirements; slight distortion occurs during heat processing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Welding &amp; forming property<br>Moderate weldability; preheating is recommended for thick sections to avoid cracking. It supports conventional bending, forging and hot forming without easy fracture.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Application advantages<br>Cost-effective with stable material quality, uniform internal structure and few internal defects.
