Large precision thrust ball bearings

As professional manufacturer of large precision bearings，Jiayu bearing can produce super-precision thrust ball bearings which can only hold axial load but not radial load.The thrust ball bearings manufactured by Jiayu is designed with separated structure which means that shaft ring，stand ring,balls and cage are mounted separately.Cage is often made of machined brass cage or steel cage and guided by rolling elements. We provide high precision large thrust ball bearing with diameter from 300mm to 2500mm. Beside standard products,we also meet the special requirements of customers and provide complete solutions for them.

Advantages

Because of superfinishing the raceway of shaft ring and housing ring after quenching,the roughness of surface decreased largely.

Based on the specific application,cage made of other material can be provided.
The accuracy of dimensions and rotation is in accordance of tolearance of P4 ,Grade P2 or higer accuracy products may be provided if needed
