Due to bearings withstanding axial loads, radial loads, or combined loads, its contact angles include 15°, 25°, 30°, 40°, and 60°, among others. Additionally, since radial loads induce axial forces, we can supply matched pair bearings (DB/DF/DT), triple sets, quadruple sets, or universal matched bearings to meet specific application requirements.
The standard material for precision angular contact ball bearings is bearing steel GCr15 (AISI 51200). For corrosion-resistant applications, we offer stainless steel bearings made of 9Cr18 or 9Cr18Mo (AISI 440C). For high-temperature and high-speed applications, we utilize M50 and X30 steel. The rolling elements can be matched with bearing steel, stainless steel balls, ceramic (Si3N4/ZrO2) balls, or high-temperature steel balls.
